The approach
Recovery builds on what you can do
Too often, rehab stops at "good enough to get through the day." Everything we publish starts from a different place: what you can do today, and the next small step from there. Movement, sleep, daily habits, mindset — the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Every guide is written by a practicing physical therapist who works with stroke, Parkinson's, and balance disorders every week — the same frameworks used in the clinic, translated into plain language for home.

Reach your potential
"If only I could get back to doing X."
We hear this a lot. Rehab shouldn't end at "good enough." The goal is optimal function: doing your work, your hobbies, your life — not just getting by. Everything we publish is built around that finish line.
Questions
Frequently asked
Is the journal really free?
Yes. It's in early release — you get the full journal, and in exchange we ask for your honest feedback as we finish the final edition. No card, no catch.
Are these guides medical advice?
No. They're educational resources written by a licensed physical therapist — not a substitute for an individual evaluation. If you have a new diagnosis or a change in symptoms, see your physician or a local physical therapist first.
Do you see patients one-on-one?
Our focus right now is written programs and remote guidance. If you're in the South San Francisco / Peninsula area and looking for in-person care, send us a note below — we're happy to point you toward good local options.
Who is this for — patients or caregivers?
Both. The journal and guides are written in plain language, and many families work through them together. Caregivers often find the tracking pages as useful as the exercises.
When will the full exercise programs be available?
The first condition-specific program (stroke recovery) is in development now. Journal subscribers hear first — and early-release pricing goes to the email list.
